Shipping and Payments

  • What are the shipping costs?
    For orders over €50 shipping is free. For amounts below €50 the shipping costs of €6.95 are for your own account.
  • What is the delivery time?
    Did you order before 12 PM? Then your order will be shipped the same day.
  • Which carrier will deliver my products?

    We understand that you want to be on the road as soon as possible. Therefore, we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our packages are shipped with DHL. After shipment, you will automatically receive a live track and trace code so you can follow your parcel.

  • Can I pick up my order in De Meern?
    It is only possible to have your order delivered. Would you rather see your product in real life? We have a national and international network. So, there is always a store near you where you can see your desired Mestic in real life. Check the Store Locator to see where we sell our products.
  • Can I still change or cancel my order?
    Yes, this is possible as long as the order has not been shipped yet. You can do so in your account.
  • What payment methods does Mestic accept?
    We accept payment with IDEAL, Bancontact and payments via bank transfer. Mollie Payments, The Netherland's largest online payment provider processes the payments. This way you know that you can make your payment safely and securely.
  • I cannot pay my order. What should I do now?
    There may be a glitch on the website or at the bank, but you may have forgotten to fill out a field or accept the necessary cookies. Check your cookie settings and see if the page is filled out. Warranty and Returns

  • What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
    Are you not satisfied? Then we will refund the purchase amount. Send your order back to Mestic for free within 30 days. We ask you to keep the product in the same condition as you received it. So you may touch and look at an article as you would in a store. It is important to return the product in its original state and packaging.   • What are the return costs?

  • Can I exchange my order?
    To ensure a quick exchange process, we advise you to return your product(s) and place a new order.
  • How long do I have a warranty on my purchased products?

  • When will I receive my refund?
